Withdrawing from a race & Refunds

To withdraw from a race you must contact us via email (runwithk9s@gmail.com), quoting the race entered, team and reference number, and advise us of your choice. The entry fee will be refunded to your original payment method, minus an admin fee we pay to Wix, Apple Pay or PayPal.

No refunds will be issued 1 calendar month before the date of the race as the costs associated with running the race have incurred.

All refunds are subject to an admin fee.
