THE COURSE
The 2.5k course follows existing paths through the open field for the first few hundred metres, then through the woods on soft trails along the north of the cafe and parking area and along a stream to the north edge of the park. There is a section of tarmac along the football pitches to the east but competitors have the option to run on either side on the grass. Plan of the course below.
The 1.2k course starts and ends in the same place as the 2.5k, it follows the path along the woods to the west then continues into the woods as the 2.5k course finishing in a straight line for a strong sprint as competitors exit the woods. Plan of the course below.
In the winter all trails within Bulwell Hall Park can be muddy so appropriate trail shoes are recommended.
