Returns Policy
Items (like harnesses, lines, belts etc.) can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
Items must be in re-sellable condition meaning without any signs of wear like dog hair, mud, stains, dog smell, food stain etc.
Washed items will not be accepted as in new condition and will therefore not qualify for a return.
The sum paid will be refunded within 7 days once the item is received and assessed as in re-sellable condition.
Once delivered, a bespoke canicross training plan cannot be returned and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges Policy
If you want to exchange the purchased item with a different size or different item, please return the item as per the Returns Policy to us with a note to tell us what size/item you would like. The address to send your item is found on the invoice received.
If there is a difference in price, we will refund the difference, except Postage & Packing, or we will send you an invoice for the difference in price if the exchanged item costs more.
For exchanges you need to purchase 'Exchange PP' from our Shop.
Canicross training plans cannot be exchanged.
