YOU WILL SOON REALISE THIS ON YOUR OWN PRETTY SOON :>

Dogs taking part in canicross group sessions and 1:2:1's must be at least 12 months of age on the day of the first session.
Dogs taking part in 1:2:1 Introduction to Canicross must be at least 11 months of age on the day of the session.
Dogs taking part in canicross group sessions must have an ideal body condition score or working towards, however underweight dogs will not be allowed to train.
Dogs must be in good health, have their vaccinations up to date and to have been cleared by the vet before they start canicross training.
Group sessions and individual sessions will not take place if the weather is too hot or too cold, considering the temperature and humidity factor, as per the chart in the link provided. This will be monitored regularly and class attendees will be announced 2h before class starts if the lesson will take place or adapted/shortened to the weather conditions.
